CAREUSTZ takes pride in organizing and operating empowerment programs for refugee and immigrant families in the US and vulnerable communities in Tanzania for their sustainable future. CAREUSTZ provides resources and training for these populations to become self-sufficient and contribute to the success of their communities through effective social engagement in different aspects of their lives. We are committed to defending the rights of the served populations, engaging families and communities, and advocating for empowerment initiatives.

We C.A.R.E. for community empowerment! Donate to our projects and help us build a secure and independent future for refugees in US and those living in the Tanzanian communities. Ongoing empowerment projects include disaster relief for residents and communities of Bowling Green, KY; fight against COVID-19 in both US and Tanzania; orphans care in Tanzania; development of an international cultural center in Bowling Green, KY; and Medical Mission to Tanzania.
Refugees in the United States and most of the vulnerable groups in the Tanzanian communities are hard to reach in different aspects of health promotion and public health awareness.
Due to parental loss or family hardships, hundreds of children in Tanzania live in orphanage homes.
CAREUSTZ is developing an international
cultural center in Bowling Green,
Kentucky.
The Winter 2024 CAREUSTZ Medical Mission to Tanzania was a major success. Patients included school children, the general public, orphans, and people living with HIV/AIDS. Summer Mission is set for July 8-19, 2024.
CAREUSTZ is a key partner in the community in the effort to restore the hope of the people of Bowling Green in times of disasters.
CAREUSTZ believes in building strong communities through women empowerment. Women of different ethnic, cultural, and national backgrounds participate in the program. Support the Women to Build the Community!
