Support CARE to Reach Disaster Victims

CAREUSTZ is a key partner in the community in the effort to restore the hope of the people of Bowling Green in times of disasters. We are building our capacity as part of our contribution to community preparedness. Your support will help us build our capacity in transportation, food security, supplies, and manpower needed for quick recovery and restoration after disasters.

On December 11, 2021, the city of Bowling Green, KY woke up to the realization of the destruction caused by a tornado that ravaged the city with historical losses of lives and property. CAREUSTZ is in the frontline to support the victims of the tornado. We are supporting all community members who have been affected, with the emphasis of cultural approaches in order to meet the needs of the diverse populations in the city. Your support and partnership with CAREUSTZ will be key in reaching out displaced families, those with disabilities facing the impact of the incident, and in providing cultural relevant services such as interpretation, ethnic meals, and adult care. All donations will be put to good use immediately to address these needs and any other arising as we address the long-term needs of the families impacted by the tornado.
