Clients in the four groups of Young Male Adults, Older Male Adults, Young Female Adults, and Older Female Adults participate in a month long, culturally relevant trauma-informed care, sexual trauma, wellness, and healing training modules. Sessions create a sense of community and belonging to the participants who interact in socialization, training and ethnic meals. Rewarding outcomes including increased social engagement, demonstration of coping skills, and a growing understanding of the U.S. health system have been achieved.
